Introducing the Challenger Playset!

The first Redwood Challenger has a new home and a happy family.

This is a new design for me. I intend to offer the Challenger as a do-it-yourself plan. I had to make this one to work out the kinks and to get some pictures. All Challenger's will include a rock wall and cedar wood roof design.

This design features:

	5' deck height with the ability to add more climbing features in the future.
	5' x 5.5' platform deck gives your kids over 25 sq ft of elbow room.
	Over 6' headroom from deck to peak of roof.
	Top rail is almost 9' high. Peak of canopy is under 12' high.
	Conforms to most deed restrictions.
	Swingset add-on mounts at 7-8' for lots of swing action in a smaller area
	Optional sandbox area or add a picnic table.
	Breaks down into movable pieces and easy to reassemble.
