Frankencastle Playset I call this one FrankenCastle, because it's made from cannibalized used swingset parts. It could be considered a Rainbow Castle Climber Series Pkg 2. I built it using about 70% reclaimed Rainbow Playsystem parts. It has holes in random places and it's not perfect. It's Frankencastle.
The decks are pressure treated pine and I used cedar fence pickets for the roof. The swings and most of the fasteners are new. It has one rung ladder and one chain cargo ladder. The slide is used. I've watersealed it for protection from the elements and it's ready to go.
It's still here. It's a shame a nice piece of family play equipment sits lonely in my backyard. No one has even come to look at it. Give it a look, you won't be disappointed. 4/13/08
